The Cinque custom home is truly unique. It is deceptively simple looking as the detailing is designed in such a way that it does not call attention to itself. The detailing does however give the home a stately formal appearance. It is located on the water of Barnegat Bay and it takes full advantage of the magnificent views and prevailing breezes.
The adjoining property was acquired to place a pool and guesthouse for their big family gatherings. We placed an infinity pool that is sunken into a raised courtyard calculated to a height that makes the pool water disappear into the bay when viewed from the pool-house.
This raised courtyard has an Italian imported fountain and has natural stone finishes to the floor, raised garden beds and retaining walls. It has provided the settings for many memorable closely knit family gatherings.
