The Dr. Foster office/Surgical center, Fascial Plastic Surgi-Center was a challenge to design. There were a lot of very exacting requirements for the Doctor’s specialized services in ear, nose and throat and facial plastic surgery. There was a need to establish a dignified presence on the street, and design it in a way allow clients to come in discreetly from the street. Once the functional flow was achieved then the exterior had to be designed on a long narrow corner site frontage. The solution was to create a low profile building with a dignified presence inside and out and imbue it with a sense of with serenity without drawing much attention to the clients. Luscious landscape was added to the lot to provide discreet parking and walkway to the building.
